As a licensed hairstylist and educator with over 18 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel confident, understood, and empowered through education. Whether I’m behind the chair creating personalized transformations or teaching hairstylists how to elevate their consultations, my mission has always been the same: build trust first.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen one truth repeat itself over and over again—the best results happen when clients and hairstylists truly understand each other. That’s what inspired me to create Emily Educates Hair™️ and develop The Consultation Blueprint™️ an educational system designed to simplify communication, eliminate confusion, and help hairstylists create exceptional client experiences.
My teaching philosophy is simple: Education should be practical, honest, and easy to apply. I believe confidence comes from understanding—not assumptions. Every consultation is an opportunity to listen with intention, educate with clarity, and create a plan that both the stylist and client feel excited about.
